The hotel wouldn't charge the room to the credit card on file because the booking was for someone else. I found this very difficult and money had to be transferred so the person staying could then pay by debit card. Makes no sense to me.

The pictures advertised on line are note what they appear when i got in the room it was run down and the TV was sitting on the cable box because the legs were broken off there was no complimentary breakfast as advertised the metal covers on the room heaters had fallen off and laying on the carpet floor small fridge that was hidden in the main dresser it was dirty and noisey alot of doors being slammed all night long bathroom had mold in the shower no plug for the sink only onegarbagecan it was in the bathroom walls in the room were yellow from smoking in the earlier year when smoking was allowed the room still looked like it was back in the 1980s not upgraded at all im assuming i got what i paid for that will be myfirst and last time i will stay at that motel

I never leave reviews for hotels but this one needs it . The hotel smelt so bad upon entering . The staff was not pleasent to deal with . No elevator , which is fine ; but was there with a broken foot so made life difficult . Hotel walls are paper thin. Party going on in lounge until after 3AM; music could be heard blaring all night . Fire alarms went off 3x with no reason given. After the second time we ignored it . The rooms themself felt dirty. My partner and I slept ontop of the bedding and used our own jackets for warmth . I’d definitely pay more for a different hotel next time .
