Staff was helpful. But, they were never able to give me an invoice as yet for my stay. Not what you would expect from Radisson. The front offioce team was very helpful though.

It’d be good if Expedia’s website highlights hotels where needs of physically challenged users are addressed. This hotel had No wheelchair available to borrow or rent. Room location was great next to elevator for easy access but the bathroom was not fitted out with safety features for physically challenged guests. Eg safety bars, raised toilet. Room door rapidly closes vs proper time delay feature.

I found the front counter understaffed when we were there for check in. Long wait to check in. 2 empty checkin terminals. Also, got woken up by housekeeping knocking on the door at 10, yet xheck out is 12.

Great location for events downtown, especially at the arena. No food vending machines, you have to buy (very overpriced) items from the front desk. Parking is secure and covered in a parkade. Staff were friendly and helpful!

Great staff, terrible everything else.

Right from the get-go I wished we booked somewhere else. Had trouble finding the parking area, plus due to the location it was absolutely hell in traffic. Check in was very slow, huge line of people, although the staff was very nice. Then our room wasn’t what we booked, but they said they received our reservation incorrectly so not sure who that’s really on. They did try to make the room situation right, but we were already out for the evening and couldn’t switch so we received complimentary breakfast which was appreciated. The cleanliness of the building and the room (hair in the tub and a bit of a smell) left some to be desired. The best thing about this hotel was that it was such a short walk to the Canada Life Centre next door, but that’s pretty much it. I would pick something different next time.

Convenient location and overall clean. However, the toilet seat was loose (and broke by checkout), the table lamp bulb was faulty, and a rotten toothpick remained on the hallway carpet outside our room for all 4 nights.

Firstly, accessing the front door and parking was a nightmare, very congested and have to continuously drive around to get to the parkade. Our room was very dirty, some kind of spill or vomit on the wall by the window. Gross old carpet on the floor that felt damp. Shower did not drain. I would expect this at a $100 hotel, unfortunately they are charging $250+.
