Michael was beyond welcoming. We met him when he was delivering extra coffee. He came immediately when the garbage disposal clogged and brought us a brand new toaster when there was a malfunction. The condo was set up perfectly for the three of us.
There was room for our relatives to have lunch together and watch the Broncos win. My nephew has terminal cancer, his sister walks with two canes, and his wife has heart and lung issues. It worked well to accommodate their handicaps.

Great Place to Stay in Winsor, CO

This is a wonderful property!! It is clean, well cared for, bright and cheerful!!! In a quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants/shopping in Winsor. Very close to an amazing golf course (Raindance National) and an easy drive to the Cheyenne, WY Rodeo (Frontier Days) The property manager and the owner are very responsive to any concerns you may have...there was a little hiccup with the TV which was quickly resolved. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Delightful!

Great place!

House was great! It was in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, and great location! Would definitely return! Only downside was it the a/c didn’t go below 70 which made it very hot in the house especially at night, despite opening windows!

Perfect Golf Weekend Stay!

Husband wanted to surprise our son for his birthday for a golf weekend in Colorado. This place was perfect! Highly recommend for location, cleanliness, parking, and excellent communication with host. Would definitly use again!

What a wonderful experience! The condo was immaculate with a well appointed kitchen. Over all very comfortable. The firm mattress made our sleeping hours as blissful as our waking ones. Loved the convenient location to two major grocery stores. Neat, tidy, and safe neighborhood. Easy parking.

Home away from home!

This was one of the best properties we have stayed at! We spent 12 nights and celebrated Thanksgiving in the home. As a mom with four kids from 8-13 it can be difficult to please everyone. That was not the case! The property itself was stocked with EVERYTHING needed to function like you were at home. The location is amazing! It is a quiet neighborhood with plenty to do for kids and adults in close proximity regardless of the weather and has fantastic views!The property managers are great! They are organized, communicative and helpful! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and we were provided a manual that provided all information needed for the property as well as recommendations for surrounding activities and establishments.Rent this property, you won't be disappointed! Our only disappointment was having to leave.

PERFECT!

This was the perfect set up for us - visiting our son & daughter in law who are expecting our 1st grandchild. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets and towels were very nice. We had everything we needed and the location was superb. Thank you snd we will stay again if we can!

CSU Family Weekend

Wonderful property in a terrific little town. Very clean and welcoming. Had a little difficulty getting the TV to work with the internet TV option, but other than that the property was perfect. Thank you!
