Friendly staff. Room was spacious, warm and comfortable. Location was good for Windermere itself and the nearby shops. Breakfast was piping hot and served quickly. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great stay

Great hotel, warm welcome from the lady at reception. Breakfast great, thanks to the chef for being a waiter and the cook! Use of the leisure facilities in sister hotel was great but construction work being undertaken so some areas out of bounds. (Sunday Dinner there was amazing!) Thank you!

We spent a night with Windermere Park which is okay. The staff is nice and very helpful. Various choices on breakfast. Plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The Superior Double room is spacious but the condition is a bit old. The cleanliness is okay but could be better with the price they are charging.

Staff were lovely Breakfast nice. Room very basic and needs updating. Was in the attic so kept bumping our heads on yhe wall as no room. No lift and lots of stairs.

There wasn't much I didn't like, however I booked and paid for a ground floor room,however I was told that the ground floor rooms were already occupied and I ended up on the first floor. My opinion is that they broke their contract. So beware that they might do the same . The previous owners always gave me a ground floor room
