The hotel provided a fab stay for us in the Lakes. The staff were very helpful, particularly the lady on the afternoon/evening reception desk! She went above and beyond to be kind! Staff were absolutely lovely .. very friendly and helpful & happy to advise and assist any way they could. The hotel itself was equally as nice. Our room was lovely and clean. The bar & restraunt area was very comfortable... lots of charm. Considering its dog friendly ... you'd never know.... it's wonderfully clean. Breakfast was very good as well.
