Staff was friendly and kind. It was nice to get a cookie and bottle of water when you check in. Bed were overly firm and uncomfortable, while pillows were overly soft and not supportive. Location was great for Shenandoah National Park and lot's of good places to eat nearby.

Great Staff but Restaurant struggled

The room was very clean and well stocked, the room thermostat kept the room one even temperature and the staff were great. My husband thought $5 for a cup of coffee was a bit much so he bought one else where. He was told his room didn't include breakfast which I thought was incorrect and the wait staff at night in the restaurant was very sparce with only 2 on Friday night and 1 on Sat.
