Four bedrooms on three floors makes this a great space to spread your wings and even enjoy with multiple families.
There is a dedicated work space with desk and fiber-fed wifi for those who like to work AND play.
The living room has 70” SmartTV fitted with DirectTV and turntable for records or streaming music. There’s also and indoor hot tub and game room with a 65” SmartTV.
Cars must fit in the driveway and 4WD is highly recommended as our community has gravel roads. There’s cameras watching front door and driveway. Wood fireplace use is strictly prohibited.

Beautiful home in Wilmington.. was the perfect getaway for our group of friends! Clean interior with great backyard.. indoor hot tub was a fun plus! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing house near Mount Snow!
This was a perfect getaway for our family during the Christmas/New Years week. The house was a great fit for our group of 4 adults and 6 kids. The game room and downstairs area is a wonderful setup for kids, as well as the adults, who enjoyed the basketball game and second handout area. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Nice location for walks outside. It was an easy, quick drive to Mount Snow, as well as Wilmington, which was so fun to explore. The hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing or just after being outside. Host was incredibly communicative and responded immediately to all questions - I would highly recommend and would definitely rent this house again!
