Downtown Loft sobre Momentum Surf Shop (el corazón del centro)

Loft de Momentum se encuentra en el segundo piso (sobre Momentum Surf y Skate Boutique) en la concurrida intersección de Frente y Market Street. Estamos en el medio del centro de la acción. Toneladas de tiendas, restaurantes, bebidas, bares, música en vivo, y los museos dentro un radio de 4 bloques.
Nuestra unidad viene con un pase de estacionamiento en Market Street Deck con una entrada al otro lado de la calle.
Esta sección de la calle delantera está lleno de minoristas y restaurantes con un pub irlandés al lado. Nuestros clientes pueden esperar el ruido habitual de la ciudad. No hay clubes en esta sección del bloque que toca el bajo en voz alta hasta 14:00. El lado Pub juega música tolerable en un nivel tolerable hasta las 2pm. ¡El dormitorio está en la parte posterior de la unidad y rodeado de gruesas paredes de ladrillo que permiten dormir bien por la noche!

Probably our favorite place to stay in Wilmington. Location is perfect and right in the middle of everything. Not particularly quiet at night, but we knew that coming in and were able to sleep without issues.

Great location! I was there to go wedding dress shopping with my daughter and since her apartment was full, I opted to stay downtown where I could walk every where! The place had a great vibe and was perfect more me traveling alone. Is there noise from the street at night, sure but it didn’t bother me much at all. It was clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. I would definitely stay there again. Hunter was very responsive!

Hunter was great, check in and out was smooth. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything which is where I wanted to be. If I had a complaint it would be noise that comes through from business in basement (the price ya pay for staying downtown. I would absolutely book this location again.

We really enjoyed our weekend in Wilmington. The apartment was in a great location, everything was clean and the host is a wonderful guy who answered all our questions. Try out the local business underneath the apartment: momentum distillery. Very cool!

Amazing hosts!!! Great communication, flexibility and knowledge of the area. Hunter gave us some great food and drink suggestions (don’t forget to stop by the distillery below the loft). Easy check-in, super safe area, steps from anything you could need, and all the basics amenities you need are in the apartment. Good sized place and didn’t feel cramped. Plenty of room to recharge after walking all over downtown Wilmington. Thanks again and hope to be back soon!!!

This place, as well as the hosts, were amazing. It's such a great location and the place itself was cute and very comfortable. Everything was very clean and in good working condition. If you're going to be coming and going I would highly recommend paying for their parking pass. I'll definitely be booking here again for my future trips to Wilmington.

Wonderful trip, the owners are wonderful, quick to respond with an issues (only issue I had was road closures due to a festival, nothing they did) but they were to quick to help with alternate directions etc. would definitely stay again
