Beautifully renovated in 2018. Each floor has a full kitchen and living room as well as 2 beds and 1 bath on each level. Attached 2 car garage, laundry, private outdoor shower area, lots of deck space on 3 sides of the house, high speed fiber internet, garbage bin on site. Home sits on a private 6+ acres of mostly wooded land with .8 miles of hiking trails and a nice outdoor fire pit area. Abuts thousands of acres of state land for endless exploring and/or ORV riding. Only 8 miles to horse shows by the bay at flint fields, and a short drive away from Kalkaska and Traverse City for all your shopping and entertainment desires such as boutiques, grocery stores, movie theatres, arcades, miniature golf, parks, beaches, wineries, restaurants, and so much more!
Also located nearby is beautiful Torch Lake, Lake Skegamog, Elk Lake, and Lake Michigan. Nearby access to Lake Skegamog boat launch.

Nightly rental $575 or Weekly rental $3500 (due upon reservation) discounts possible for multiple weeks/months.
No smoking allowed. House trained dog allowed for additional fee of $250 per week.

Electric, gas, high speed fiber internet.
Weekly cleanings Sundays 10am-4pm (available upon request for an additional fee). House must be vacated during time of cleanings. Trash is to be bagged and placed in the bin outside of garage.
