Family Reunion

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this property. Check-in and communication with the host is quite easy. The property was clean, the beds comfortable, the neighborhood friendly and it is within walking distance of the town. We always enjoy our time in Williams and will stay here again next year if the property is available

Spacious and modern, convenient location

The 3 bedroom home was well laid out with a spacious primary bedroom an en suite bath. The open concept living room and kitchen provides for a good gathering space. The check in process was convenient and communication was timely. The backyard is beautiful and features a sitting space, wood burning fire pit and a faux green lawn. Missing was the bbq grill seen in the listing that we had so hoped to cook our ribeyes on and there was no skillet available in the kitchen as an alternative. These are the only two complaints that keep the rating from being superb and can easily be rectified for future guests. Overall we were pleased.

Nice place

The property was nice and had many amenities. My only issues was the snow covered drive and walkway that was hazardous for my elderly mom. I would've happily cleared it myself had there been a shovel available. Otherwise it was great.

Great location and space

My family needs room to move and a hub to return to between adventures! This home was perfect in historic Williams, 60 min from The Grand Canyon, 30 min from Flagstaff, 60 min from Sedona. There were local restaurants, a convenient grocery, adventure center and other activities. The home had everything we needed: including privacy, laundry, large kitchen and seating areas to enjoy March Madness, family card tournament and outdoor play. We would definitely recommend staying at this home. We appreciated the quick communication and all the amenities. The only complaint was that the pillows did not suit us, but that is a personal preference only. We would stay again! Thanks for a great experience.

The property is in a perfect location for the Polar express and Bearzona. This house was perfect for our family. The house was very homey and comfortable, and we would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Property

This is our first time coming to Williams and we couldn’t be happier with this property. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very quiet and convenient to a grocery store. The owner was very responsive and helpful. f we return to Williams we will be booking the same property again!

Perfect Place

This beautiful home was located very close to town (you could walk if you wanted to) and had easy access to everything we needed as far as highways, restaurants, etc. It met our needs perfectly. The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We will return for sure.

Nice Retreat

Home away from home!

Everything was great from owner’s instructions and communication to accommodations and location. Minutes away from downtown Williams, it was the perfect spot. Beautiful view of mountain and only hour and a half from Grand Canyon. Loved it!!!

Home Away From Home

Sarah’s clear communication regarding both the property and the area made everything go smoothly. The home is new, clean, very comfortable and in a nice location. The house is super well stocked! Great place to visit!

This was our first time in Williams, AZ. We went for the Grand Canyon and also loved Bearizona. It’s such a cute town with the Route 66 vibe from the Cars Disney movie. The house was clean and a great match for our family. Would definitely stay again.

Brand new, great location!

My family and I arrived to the property and immediately fell in love with the location, the brand new smell and the beautiful home! We roasted marshmallows in the firepit outside, made elf cookies, watched Christmas movies, went to the polar express, and took full advantage of our weekend away! We also were close enough to town to enjoy things like the Grand Canyon Brewery, Canyon Coaster (and tubing hill!), Deer Farm and Bearizona. Thank you to our host who quickly responded to any and all questions we had! Thanks again, cheers!

Close to the Grand Canyon and other sites

The house was exactly as described, very clean and well kept. There were many extra touches, like travel toothpaste in the bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen with a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, and coffee, tea, and hot cocoa available to us. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 older teens. Williams has a small town feel to it, and seems very safe and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!
