Der Zahlencode für den Check in funktioniert beim zweiten bis fünften Mal. Man muss also immer die Zahlen wieder neu eingeben, keinesfalls aufdrücken, sondern die Tür springt dann irgendwann alleine auf unten sowie oben.Die Küche war bis auf den Herd/Backofen (nicht einladend da drin ) erträglich.
Im Anzeigentext heißt es gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ???…das Sofa lässt zu wünschen übrig
…schon ekelig darauf zu sitzen

Ansich schöne Wohnung aber leider

Bei Anreise ging das Wlan erst nicht. Die Dusche war verstopft. Messer und Gabel gab es in der Wohnung nicht.Die mußten wir erst kaufen sowie eine Decke die wir über die stinkende verdreckte Couch legten.Der Boden war mit einem schmierigen schwarzen Film überzogen den die Jungs nach 3maligem Wischen noch nicht ganz beseitigt hatten

Alptraum pur! Finger weg! Sowas verdrecktes ah ich noch nie

Die vermeintlich barrierefreie Wohnung mit Terrasse erreicht man über eine Treppe mit sehr hohe Stufen im Eingang und ist nicht barrierefrei. Eine Terrasse oder Ähnliches gibt es nicht! Die Wohnung war unterirdisch dreckig, sodass bei Ankunft direkt jemand der Reinigungsfirma kommen musste , aber lediglich das Waschbecken,Klo und Arbeitsplatte feucht abgewischt hat ohne es wenigstens trocken zu machen. Die Dusche ist auch nicht ebenerdig und überall an der Decke Spinnenweben. Die Türen so schmal,das man mit Rollator oder gar Rollstuhl nicht durch kommt! Alle Wände,Böden,Oberflächen waren dreckig.Im Bad waren noch Haare auf dem Waschbecken,die Toilette war dreckig,es gab 2 ausgefranste verfärbte Duschtücher und das war’s. Handseife,Fön,Handtuch,Vorleger oder Ähnliches gab es nicht! Auch die angegebene Waschmaschine fehlte. Zur Küche: der Backofen war nicht nutzbar,da alles voll altem Fett war, die Abzugshaube tropfte vor Fett,Spüle ebenfalls dreckig. Die vermeintliche Mikrowelle existierte nicht und es war lediglich ein Messer und 1 Gabel da. Echt lächerlich! Das schlimmste war das Wohnzimmer! Eine leere,staubige Anbauwand,runtergerissener Vorhang und ein dreckiger Boden den auch nachdem die Putzfrau kam immernoch bunte M und Ms neben dem Sofa lagen waren nur der Anfang! Das Sofa voll Flecken,Brandlöcher und roch so schlimm das wir uns Decken kauften um uns hinsetzen zu können. Es gibt kein Schlafsofa oder gar ein Schlafzimmer!! Im Wohnzimmer ist ne Niesche mit Bett 140x200
Altes Fett tropft alles voll
Bei Ankunft alles noch dreckig. Nicht mal ein Geschirrtuch da und Reste von verdünntem Spüli
