This beautiful duplex apartment is located on the seafront in Helgolandhaus Avantgarde in Wilhelmshaven. OG. On the one side the big harbor and on the other side of the Jade Bay - there is no more water! Exclusively equipped apartment on one level without stairs with one bedroom, open living-dining area incl. Parking space in the underground car park, Wi-Fi and towels and bed linen. The Helgolandhaus offers its guests modern laundry rooms with washing machines and dryers, bicycle storage and numerous lifts. Up from the roof terraces you have a fantastic view.

107-1 Heligoland:
The stylish open plan living, dining area is equipped with a comfortable sitting area and TV (102 cm diagonal), player and music system. The high quality kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Ceramic hobs, an oven including microwave function, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and a separate, small freezer in the pantry offer the possibilities to conjure up culinary. The beautifully furnished bedroom overlooking the North Sea, as well as the modern bathroom with a spacious shower and a small washing machine make the stay a holiday experience. Wi-Fi is a matter of course in this tastefully decorated, modernized in the spring of 2016 apartment.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
