Staff was lazy, ignored my wife, they parked at the front door so everyone had to carry their bags through the snow and walkways that had not seen a shovel in who knows how long. The sink had so much hair and soap around the taps. Had to listen to people stomping on the stairs all night long and we wouldn’t dare try to eat any of the breakfast. There was lots more but we couldn’t be happier to leave that hotel.
