Hotel is in need of repair. The first room they put us in the lock on the door didn’t work. They moved us. There was a long black hair in the tub. We have grey hair. The bed was horrible (lumpy). I would not stay there again.

I booked a room for 3 people, specifically wrote 3 on the reservation, we had 2 towels. Yes we went and asked for more, but they knew the reservation was for 3... We assumed they would of brought fresh towels when cleaning the room. I guess daily cleaning isn't a service offered at this hotel? As we did not get a daily cleaning. Not once, but twice they texted me, asking what time I was checking out, the night before. I don't know, when we wake up. I promise we understand checkout time and won't go past it. But amazing how eager they were to clean the room then. There were two outlets. One in the one sink bathroom, and one by the two queen beds. That's it. We had one working light over the two queen beds. The bathroom light didn't really like to work. The carpets were gross. There were no hooks to hang wet towels. One of our key cards to get into the room didn't work. Be careful as you turn onto hotel grounds, there is a pothole the size of an suv waiting for you. I gave this a 2 star, simply because the beds appeared to be clean when we arrived and I genuinely hate giving anyone a 1 star. That was the only saving grace.

Outdated room, wall paper peeling off, bathroom had a fixture broken with no cover replacement, horrible mattress (mattress frame could be felt). Stains on the rug. The only positive was its location in comparison to fast food stores.

Price was right, but that was about it! It appears they have people living there and the whole vibe was sketchy. Cars without plates parked/campers in the lot. I would not have stayed there if traveling by myself. Room was very musty (they were running fans in the hallways 24/7) and heavy air freshener smell. Not good for my allergies/asthma. There was dried food on the carpets in the room and what appeared to be blood stains on the comforter :( Room was pretty quiet, but I needed water due to smell drying my throat. No vending machines, front desk has a small retail space. No water! They ran out due to a busy weekend. The front desk clerk told me to go across the street to the Holiday Inn to buy a bottle of water! Breakfast buffet was out of several things including yogurt, again, due to a busy weekend as well. Would not recommend.

Door knocking twice when we did no request anything and at 8 am. Three requests for when we are leaving on under 8 hrs. Pink mold om batj ceiling, smoke smell in room, no shower curtian. Really? All while we are handling a medical emergency with husband. Shame on you.

This place is one notch above a dump. First, the door to the room looked like it was painted by a chimp with a dry brush. The bed was an old box spring mattress, which is still responsible for neck and back pain days later. The bedding sheets and blankets were circa 1960, and probably just as old. The room I had was not designed for business travelers since all I had was a small round table with a couple of chairs. Unlike most up-to-date motels with wall-mounted soap systems, the shower had a half-dollar-sized piece (both in circumference and thickness) of soap to shower with. The hotel itself has no visible lobby or check-in sign on or near the door. Parking can get tough, and I couldn't imagine what they would do if they were sold out. Other than that, everything was 'fine'.

Although we were about 50 minutes early, we tried to check in. I think the man who checked us in could have been nicer about it. He said my room wasn’t ready and pointed to a sign that said check in at 3. Just could have said I’m sorry no early check ins. The biggest complaint is the doors stick. Got woken up this morning to banging from a door. Trying to close it I assume. The pool door also stuck and friends staying here, their door stuck. I feel like that could be a fire hazard. When you have to pull on it a couple of times to open it, you can’t get out in a hurry. If you have to close it in a hurry could be dangerous too.
