We came to Whistler for an early season ski trip and liked the look and location of the unit. There were several issues with the booking, all of which seemed to be out the control of the owner/manager, namely there were renovations still going on in the unit so Bob had to move us to another unit. The other unit was very nice (seemed very similar to the one we booked), but unfortunately the hot tub was not working.
Bob was very responsive and accommodating through all of it though (he gave us a partial refund due to the broken hot tub, which was very nice of him!).
We had an amazing trip, the place ended up being great, location was perfect (true ski-in/ski-out on Blackcomb!), the only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the hot tub was not working and that was a major reason we booked the unit in the first place.
I would definitely recommend the property we stayed at, although I realize that’s not actually the one in this listing (but as I said it looked quite similar).
