Located on the 5th hole of the world-renowned Nicklaus North Golf Course, the beautiful Cypress Stoneglade sits on the edge of protected woodland on the Valley Trail. In the prestigious neighborhood of Cypress Place, this stunning home is conveniently situated 5 minutes from the Scandinave Spa and Whistler Village, making it the perfect getaway for family and friends.
Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful water feature trickling down the slate wall, bringing the beauty of the outdoors, indoors. All rooms exhibit a stunning collection of leading Canadian artists. Your gaze follows upstairs, past the contemporary-style chandelier where the main floor living space opens to an open-concept kitchen and living area. The formal dining table seats 10 with an additional 4 seats around the island bar.
Floor-to-ceiling windows that wrap around the main floor offer plenty of natural light and peaking views of both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountain. Accessible from the living area, the large balcony overlooks the protected wooded area on the edge of the property while offering the perfect space for outdoor entertainment with a BBQ, patio furniture with an outdoor fireplace, and a sunken hot tub. The expansive patio runs along the entire length of the upstairs living space, providing an excellent indoor/outdoor space alongside the parklike lot adjacent to the home which is hugely popular in the summer months.
A cosy media room is tucked away on the main floor, complete with a gas fireplace, workstation, and TV for added entertainment.
The 4 comfortable bedrooms + den with a queen convertible sofa bed are perfectly set up for those combining work with pleasure, with 4 separate stations from which to work remotely with high-speed internet.
Upstairs the grand master bedroom has gorgeous views of the forest and mountains. Kick back with a bubble bath in the deep soaker tub in the ensuite bathroom while the gas fireplace burns warmly On the lower level, you will find the remaining 3 bedrooms plus a den. Two queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms have views and direct access out to the tree preserve. The larger king bedroom has a separate bathroom, shared with the den/bedroom 5, both with generous work spaces. The den/bedroom 5 is equipped with a smart TV and a high-speed printer.
Enjoy a finished garage with parking for two vehicles and plenty of space for your outdoor sporting equipment with ski/snowboard storage, a bike rack, boot heaters, and a workbench. For your convenience, there are heated floors throughout as well as Control4 to control the heating, automatic window coverings, and sound systems.

Absolutely Beautiful Home
The home is absolutely gorgeous and impeccably furnished and appointed. The home has soaring ceilings, beautiful large windows, comfortable large dual living rooms, abundant outdoor space and seating with an outdoor gas powered fire pit. The level of service is also impeccable - there are bath robes waiting for you in every room. In addition, the home is a smart home and the lights, music and even shades are controlled by a smart home system. Thanks again for a great stay.

Very pleased
The house accommodated 7 adults and 2 children beautifully. Fully stocked, excellent beds, ample space, gorgeous views from large windows, set in woods, this home was better than the pictures. There was some noise from the nearby road, but the location near the River of Golden Dreams, a golf course, and Meadow Park with pickleball courts and a water playground made this an excellent rental.
