The hotel is in a great location for use as a jumping off point for Yellowstone exploration and has many good dining & shopping options. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and caring. The room was clean & secure and everything was in good working order. The only drawbacks were how small the room was (especially the super tight stand up shower) and lugging heavy luggage up and down stairs.

Motel was clean and staff was very friendly/helpful. Room was very small and shower was the size of a phone booth. Shower curtain didn’t stop water, so floor was soaked. Value for the price was expected. A solid 2.5 stars.

We love the nice decor. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower are small. A great little motel for staying before going into Yellowstone.

It makes sense why they do not show pictures of the shower. It was a 2 foot x 2 foot cubby. Nearly impossible to bathe in appropriately! Property was clearly a renovated motel, some things could have been fixed up a bit better.

The property was located a little far from the main strip of restaurants and stores and the rooms were facing a sketchy back alleyway. The parking spots were insanely tight, no room for doors to open, I could not even get into my car had to crawl over to get into the drivers seat. The rooms were okay but the washrooms were very small and really old. It's alright, if you are okay with the smaller, rustic vibe.

A beautiful lobby and kind staff. The rooms are small and old but in reasonable condition. Beautiful flowers. More expensive that other places we stayed on this road trip, but West Yellowstone has high demand. Close to the center (restaurants, shops). I would stay there again.
