This really is a motel. The room was sparse but clean. The check-in experience was terrible. No staff on the premises. We scanned a code when we arrived. Entering my reservation number or the Expedia reservation number was not effective. I had to call the hotel number, which required me to fill out an elaborate form and provide a credit card for $150 deposit while standing in the parking lot. The person on the phone was attentive, but I could not understand his thick accent. After a long flight, this was both a time-consuming and unpleasant check-in experience. The room itself was clean, but had no human touches. No art. No carpeting. No decoration details. Think: college dorm before the semester begins. The place is inexpensive, but if you want a quick check in after your travels, or something with more comforts, this is not the place.

Not a good choice. No elevator for those ilstayinf in the second floor. No table or desk in the rooms. I had to eat on the bed. Bed is too soft and hurt my back. Sketchy neighborhood. Was always afraid I’d return to my room and find I was burglarized. Yes, it’s inexpensive but there’s a good reason for it.

I don't even have words to describe my experience at The Jaxon!!!!! Everything so clean, so organized, new! We love Olga's service, super attentive and kind. I would give 1000 stars if I could! I had to use two rooms and both were impeccable 👏👏👏👏 I recommend it with my eyes closed for sure ♥️ my husband and I are very satisfied

Room was in good condition. We had 6 adults (only there one night ). Beds were soft - one bed was odd sofa. Only 4 towels for 6 people and 3 coffee pods. Place was clean and sufficient for our overnight stay.
