House wth a wonderful viewwith

Very nice house, but no luxery as advertised. Very nice host, but the picture above is not correct, it doesnt show the electricity pole just in front of the terrace! We missed a sunprotection for the terrasse, it was not possible to sit there in the afternoon. And mosquito nets for the bedrooms! To very important things to be fixed immediately. The road up to the house is terrible, bumpy and uneven gravel.

Beautiful views, lovely location in the Mani

It was really hot in August, but lovely snorkelling spots nearby, beautiful views and nice food in the local town. Probably better to drive although could be walked toWe had an issue with the electricity tripping, but spoke to the property manager and it resolved. Also, the water tank, which is refilled from supply transported in, ran out for a morning but luckily it was being topped up when we got back

Wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles was man braucht ist da, allerdings haben wir eine Sonnenliege vermisst und einige Möbel sind schon in die Jahre gekommen.... Am schönsten ist der Blick, den man von der Terrasse aus genießen kann. Leider gibt es einige Baustellen in der Umgebung, aber man hat eine große Auswahl sehr guter Tavernen im nahen Umkreis und die Strände sind auch sehr gut zu erreichen.

Geweldig rustig appartement

Fantastisch verblijf, mooi uitzicht, alle rust om ons heen en prachtig wandelen in de buurt. Echte Griekse eettentjes vlakbij. We hebben genoten.

Ferienaufenthalt

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in Stouoa. Die Region ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen. Die Dusche ist sehr alt und ystark verkalkt, die Küche schlecht ausgestattet. Insgesamt war die Wohnung auch nicht sehr sauber. Daher nur bedingt empfehlenswert.

Lovely location ….

The only reason this isn’t a 5 is because finding the property was not simple. The satnav takes you to the location but actually to the lane just behind the property. Some directions from the turn off would help so here goes… when you see a little church overlooking a bay on your right look for the sign saying Polish’s estate, just passed Mani by Bike, and make a left, follow the road uphill until you see a sign for villa Emma on the right take this road then next left up to the end.

Very nice remote place

The house looks exactly as on the pictures. The living room is even bigger than it appears on the photos. The village is very calm, only a few tourists (in end of October), has a very nice beach, which we liked very much, and a nice taverna. We enjoyed our stay very much. The street to the house (last 500m) is not made yet, so drive carefully with your car.

Lovely house with a superb wiev

Very lovely house with a wonderfull terrass. We drove everyday to the lovely beaches at Stoupa. Very nice little town. Agia Nikolaos is worth a visit as well. U can even walk to that village (30 minutes)

Nice House

Unfortunatly the house was not in Stoupa. Ist was in Agios Nikolaos…. Hence that the Map on fewo was a bit misleading. The house is beautiful and the view is spectacular

Great views and very comfortable

This place is a real gem. The views are spectacular and you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. the hosts and the agency Holihouse provide information and service before and during the stay. The aprtment is off the beaten track, but easy to find with the co-ordinates provided by Holihouse. You can park directly in front of the property. The area Mani is simply beautiful with great beaches and restaurants close by. I can highly recommend this property!

Alles perfekt. Ein Toaster in der Küche wäre ganz fein. Es gibt einen wunderschönen Wanderweg durch die Olivenhaine bis zum Meer!

A lovely desitnation... once we found it

The property is a relatively new building with a sweeping view of the surrounding landscape and seaview. It is well represented in the photos, but perhaps a bit embellished by the professional photography. Just be sure you get clear directions to the property. The VRBO GPS directions took us to a destination 7km away from the actual property, and while the property manager quickly responded with a correct GPS destination which took us within 100 metres of the property, we still needed help from locals to find the property.

Peace and beautiful views

Relaxing holiday location

The view is really spectacular, you can enjoy the evenings on the terrace. There is a beach nearby (reachable by an approx 1km walk), but many more are within a 15 min drive, also different restaurants and opportunities for shopping. If you are in search of clubs and party locations, it is probably not the ideal place as you would have to drive to Kalamata. However, if you want to enjoy a holiday with your family within the countryside and olive trees and prefer not too crowded beaches (begin of June), this location is the perfect place. Any open topics we adressed via e-mail were answered very quickly and comprehensivly. All combined, we can highly recommended this location.

Lovely part of West Mani

Quiet tranquil spot with lovely outdoor space and fabulous views. The double bed is a bit squeaky because it has a metal frame but other than that a really nice property. Great access to local bars and tavernas too with an efficient local taxi service. Hosts were really quick to respond on any queries we had :)
