Perfect little spot for the weekend. While we didnt get to do what we were supposed to, we made the most out of the weather and visited a few local breweries. Would love to come back again during summer time to take advantage of the kayaks and the e beach itself

Such a lovely guest home. The room was large, the bed comfortable and it was close to LBI that if you left early enough traffic wasn’t much of a problem. There’s a hot tub and screened in porch for guests to use, chairs in the back yard also for guest use The kitchen is fully stocked with a washer/ dryer for, you guessed it, guests to use. My husband and I will definitely stay here again.

The Captain's Quarters suite lived up to it's name...as it was surely fit for a captain. Plenty of character and charm with its well appointed furniture for a B&B.

What a cute house with a great location and awesome amenities! The interior is so cute, everything was super clean. I loved the placement of the Captain's Quarters room right next to lounge and off set by itself from the other bedrooms, plus a great ensuite bathroom. The bed and pillows were super comfortable as well.

Captain's Quarters

This place was a perfect pick for us. It exceeded our expectations including the fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable bed, private bath, and spacious bedroom on the first floor of an old Victorian home. We meet the owner who is delightful and very helpful. As a retired Food, Hotel and Travel Management professor I would give this place a 5 star rating.

The host was extremely helpful and very personable. The place was clean and welcoming. Location was great, convenient to the attractions in LBI and great places to eat. Close enough to LBI but without the crowds and traffic of LBI. Would definitely book again!

Convenient and clean

We were in town for a wedding at The Farm. We also have family in Stafford Twp and Surf City. The house was convenient to everything. Since we had rented an electric car, we were pleased to find a charger a half mile away that was available 24/7. That was a huge plus for us. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Each room appears to be will appointed and comfortable, as are the common areas.

Not for everyone unless you appreciate a.wonderful VRBO epeerience

Host is on top of everything. The location is insanely good if you are into LBI, Literally 5 minutes off Garden State Parkway. Our room was clean, comfortable…and on first floor with a fully equipped (shared) kitchen right out side our door. Highly recommend.

Fourth of July Weekend was a Success

Dawn was super communicative and helpful during the check-in process. She gave great recommendations for fireworks in the area. The stay was relatively close to LBI but be wary because the traffic to get on the island is heavy during the day. Without traffic it’s probably 25 mins to the beach but fourth of july weekend it took us close to 50 mins to drive in. Was well worth it in the end. The food was incredible, the hospitality all around (we’re from the north and we’re not used to people being nice). 11/10 for captains quarters. I didn’t get to see the other rooms but I can bet it’s the nicest room in the entire house. Super convenient back patio access to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Very relaxing stay. Highly recommended.

Nice overnight

Dawn's place was nice and clean. Plenty of towels/washcloths. Common areas were nicely decorated and washer/dryer available on-site. Only issue was other guests who came home late from bars/parties and were noisy, but that is difficult to monitor or correct
