What a find. Lovely cosy cottage 2 mins for everything in town. Very well equiped. Tastefully decorated .Lots of thoughtful touches.Will definitely be back. Had a very relaxing weekend, thank you.

Lovely bolt hole. Close enough to everything to not need to drive all week, but no noise or disturbance at all. Nice touches in the place like little bits and bobs a visitor might forget. Good quality welcome pack too. Thoroughly recommend.

Excellent, loved the cottage!

Gorgeous cottage in an excellent location. Very central to Wells but very quiet! The cottage is tasteful and well equipped. We would definitely stay there again, thank you.

Apart from no parking on site - feel this could be an issue in high season the cottage was perfect!Once parked up we had little need for the car apart from Holkham Christmas Market.In walking distance for all amenities, Two Magpies bakery just paces away is a must.The cottage although small has everything you might need, much thought to detail made.Nice and warm re heating. Open fire too.Steps from kitchen were a surprise perhaps some warning tape, likewise ‘ mind your head’ warning for doorway.The bathroom is very cosy.Locals were friendly, Well’s Next The Sea just lovely.Thank you!

Perfect Getaway

Channel Cottage was the perfect getaway for my wife and I. The location is incredible and there is plenty to do within walking distance for the whole trip which meant we didn’t have to drive anywhere. The location made it so easy with the dogs and there were so many great little touches (dog shower outside for after the beach, spare dog bits). The cottage was exactly as described and so well equipped - we unfortunately didn’t have any hot water and no one answered the main phone (didn’t feel it was an emergency enough to call the out of hours number) but otherwise it was lovely. The bed is also half firm and half soft - it’s worth taking a mattress topper or something with you if you don’t like a firm top bed as it is very hard but we were only there for 2 nights but wouldn’t have managed for longer. We will definitely be going back again and would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place by the sea!
