The old coastguard station, is a victorian detached property that has been sympathetically modernised to keep as many of the original features as possible.
It's an upside down, romantic home, with the former watch room-now a kitchen has large French windows, opening up to the views, to the far sea and Holkham marsh in the distance. A lovely place to sit having breakfast, and see the tide come over bob hall sands.
Take a ten minute stroll out to the town or harbour. It has a convenient dog walking space 50 m from the door and it's just a 4 min drive/25 min walk to the sandy beach and pinewoods.
It has large private parking area space for two cars and an EV charger onsite, all to yourself.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include an electric kettle, an ironing board, and a kitchen island.
