We enjoyed the Harbour Lounge but couldn't make a hot drink as the hot water supply wasn't working. We liked the evening delivery of cups and flavoured tea bags and chocolates! Staff were pleasant and helpful. However, was a bit surprised when on Friday afternoon when asking for the dud bulb in the bedside lamp to be replaced we were told that no maintenance personnel were available until Monday - not a good look for an international hotel!

First room had a broken windoe do we were moved. Wifi didnt work so couldnt watch anything othrr than freeveiw and could cast from our phones. Rooms are very dated, not alot of sound proofing as you can hear the traffic from the 16th floor. carparking was quite tricky when we first arrived. For $200 per night i dont think id return. The man the checked us in was absolutely lovely

This place is awesome. Clean. The staff are very friendle, they have Good food and the location is fantastic. I put a 3 star for the area around the property because the carpark is grose, but its a public carpark so not the hotels fault. We had the terrace room. Nice pillows, comfy bed, nice sized tv and it was very clean. Its the cheapest room so dont expect anything fancy but we didnt plan on staying in the room much so it didnt bother me.

As usual our stay was welcoming. Hotel restaurant was up to standard we have come to expect. Pity the buffet dinner not yet available but the al carte menu was good. Breakfast buffet was everything you could want. Slight niggle, would like a mug for my tea. Having to go back to refill a bit of a bind but that is all.
