For the safety of all involved, we’re unable to accommodate pets. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping everyone safe! - We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you. - TV is a smart tv with streaming capabilities. Nice base for travel
We had a nice short stay at this holiday home. The place was fairly well appointed and the hot tub was a nice touch for relaxing in the evenings. It was in a good location for exploring around Monterey Bay, Santa Cruz as well as several state parks. The hosts were very responsive as well to any inquiries.

Closer to the beach than we realized
Great property. We actually didn't realize how nice the private beach is and how close it was (possible to walk to, but there is private parking available and it's an uphill walk back to the property, so you might as well drive). We would have planned more time at the beach. Was a great spot to use to explore the Monterey Bay area. The private backyard was very nice and the home provided a comfy stay.

It was simply great. Beautiful home. Close to many beaches. Close to several grocery stores. My family had a great small vacation in this home.
