The property was nice. Unfortunately, there were several issues with maintenance. The shower handle fell off. One of the bathroom faucet handles leaked water leaving stains on the sink. One of the mattresses was sunken in. Clearly should have been replaced long ago. One of the reasons why I chose the hotel was for the hot tub which was ice cold. We were very disappointed

Someone came into our room without any notice saying he got request from front desk that our AC/heat was having issue and we need called anyone. Found it odd to have someone in out room when nothing was wrong. We had to leave so he was in our room alone not sure how long. Our room was never cleaned even though we did not have a do not disturb sign on the room Saturday. Disappointed as we did not expect this from a Westin experience.
