We have had several more fraudulent attempts made against our credit card by this company we paid the full amount on arrival plus $100 hold which hasnt been returned as yet. We have now had to cancel our credit card and dispute all the charges against us by "Reside Navy Yard" leaving us with no credit card in a foreign country. Ive tried to raise this with them however cannot get a straight answer. On checking out the front desk service person was high on weed and was more interested in his uber eats. We also heard gunshots one night!

The building and room were very clean. Other reviews mentioned noise, but it is general city noise. The hotel provided a white noise/rain sound machine and ear plugs. There was an exterior locked door in addition to the normal room lock. The metro is an easy 10 minute walk and there is a nice grocery store on the way.

Extremely Disappointed – Stay Away! I booked this property through a third-party site and feel completely scammed. The room was absolutely disgusting—there were bugs and dog hair everywhere. It was clear that it hadn’t been cleaned properly, and it made for a very uncomfortable experience. I decided to cut my stay short because of the conditions, and I did inform the front desk agent when checking out. Unfortunately, he seemed distracted by personal phone calls during the process and clearly didn’t take the time to document my concerns properly. Now, the property is accusing me of not saying anything, which is absolutely false. No one should have to pay for a room in this kind of condition. I’m incredibly disappointed and will never stay here again. I strongly urge others to think twice before booking.
