This property seemed brand new, very clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Location is right near the ballpark neighborhood. Check in time is late (4pm) with no chance of getting in earlier and 11am check out. So, really, you only get a 19 hour stay. It is a very walkable area. ,

The floor was filthy. Other than that the room had everything we needed. Some of the staff were nasty. When we were checking out I greeted the young woman at the desk and she ignored me. The gym is pointless. Good location though.

Staff was courteous, location was nice. The room was not cleaned well--there were sticky splashes on the floor and table, and in the fridge and nightstand drawers. And the tissues were all jammed into the box, so it seemed like they had been pulled out and put back in.
