The space
Our home was built for us to enjoy and share with others. Each bedroom has a new mattress and bedding, completely renovated bathrooms and kitchen, and a newly screened-in porch to enjoy the backyard. We offer a new induction stove that cooks perfectly, a washer and dryer for families, and other brand-new appliances.

Quiet country setting—we keep outdoor time before 10pm to respect neighbors.

We hope you and your well-behaved pets enjoy your stay in our home.
For entertainment, guests can expect to find TVs. Other standard amenities include kitchens, washing machines, and 2.5 bathrooms.

The location of this property is great if you’re going to the Inn at Little Washington and very quiet. Michael was very quick to respond and super accommodating.

The property was in a great location and very clean. The host was very upfront with a few minor things that were still needed for him to fix. The kitchen was updated but could have used more that 2 coffee cups. The house was very pet-friendly. The screened in porch was great and loved reading and watching the sunset out there. The price was a bit on the high side with all of the taxes etc. We will be renting there again!

This property was just what my family wanted and expected-- a superb, modest base for activities and touring in the local area. We enjoyed in particular early mornings in the large screened porch. We didn't bring our family dog this time, but we'll certainly keep that option in mind for future trips.
