Rachel was an amazing inn keeper. Very friendly and helpful.

We were welcomed by White Moose Inn's amazing staff member, Michelle. She gave us a personal tour of the property and showed us to our room. She explained all the wonderful amenities and recommended a cozy local restaurant, Tula's, for lunch. We returned in time for a lovely complementary happy hour complete with wine, beer, and snacks on the back deck with a gorgeous view of the mountains at sunset. After dinner out, we returned for a quiet evening and were up early for a wonderful breakfast of a variety of fresh fruit, yogurt and a fluffy, asparagus quiche. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ad will absolutely be returning to the White Moose Inn. Hopefully next trip we can take advantage of the guest bicycles on the front porch!

The White Moose Inn met all our expectations and then some! Brandon was there throughout our stay to ensure that we had an amazing trip and answer any questions we had. We stayed in the Villa Mountain Premier and we are so glad we did! The villas, like the cottage, are separate from the main house. So if you want additional privacy (and a separate parking space) it is a great option. There is a full kitchen, eating area, and private deck. We did not use the kitchen as we had dinner plans down the street at the inn and in a neighboring town the following night, but everything is brand new and the room has everything you could need to prepare a meal. The refrigerator was also stocked so you didn't have to walk to the main house for water or soda! There wasn't a lot of options for breakfast, but it was all excellent. There was fresh yogurt with an assortment of toppings, lemon poppy bread, and a daily quiche. Everything is locally sourced and delicious. Still not sold yet? Well there is a happy hour from 5-6 every night with wine and local whiskey for you to enjoy. Looking for a late night snack? There are some provided along with books and games in front of the fire in the main house. The wifi was great and we enjoyed being able to login to our HBO account and catching up on some shows with the smart TV.

Nice hotel but overpriced. Very friendly staff. Next time I'd try an historic b&b.
