The reason im giving this a 1 star is because i was charged twice for the room, i went to the front desk the next morning to resolve the issue and they where unable to help me but took my info to have the manager call me. I waited 5 days and no call so I called the manager. He was completely unhelpful and tried to gaslight me and say that they never even ran my card. Which is crazy because i kept telling him the exact amount i was charged since its on my credit card purchases. So now im having to dispute the charge on my credit card. I wish he would have been helpful and refunded me the extra charge instead of trying to keep my money. I will end it with the room was clean and breakfast was pretty decent.
