On arrival the receptionist, was unaware that we had purchased early booking in. When we went to the bar and informed the staff we were a 1.30 booking for afternoon tea, they were unaware that this had been booked prior to arrival. The same story happened when turning up to our dinner booking, they had no record. That said all staff in these areas apologised and sorted this out for us. There is obviously a passing of information issue here, which led to staff apologising for these errors.

Beautiful hotel lovely staff , my only criticism no glasses in bathroom, and lack of toiletries in bathroom. Could do with more disabled parking. Reception staff excellent. Will be back pool and spa Beautiful staff couldn't do enough. Highly recommend.
