"The room was clean and maintained but the shower head didn’t work. The elevator was out of order, the vending machines didn’t work, they advertised the pool but it’s been closed for two years. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. And the tv kept cutting in and out. Will not recommend that hotel and I will not be going back."

"No one revealed that they were under remodel until we got there. I called the day we got there and paid and no one said that they were under remodel. There was NO lobby and NO pool as advertised on their web site. This was also not on the Expedia website. I had no money to choose another hotel so we stayed much to me and my grandchildren disappointment. We had counted on the pool to make our few days out complete. I will now know what to ask and this is the 2nd time I trusted expedia and was so disappointed. Also Comfort Inns website was also wrong. I am not planning on a Comfort Inn stay again!"

"The staff was kind and helpful, however our room could have been cleaner. The carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed at all and my daughter pulled out the couch to sleep on the bed and there were stains all over the mattress. She ended up just covering the couch with a sheet and sleeping on that. We were also nearly attacked by another guest's dog in the hallway and then heard it barking in their room several times throughout the evening. We were also the lucky ones to stay in a first floor room with loud guests that were were running and stomping for 3 hours straight. This was a last minute booking bc we couldn't find much and it had decent reviews but unfortunately we were a bit disappointed."
