A Wave from it All is very spacious and large family-friendly Cape Code style home - offering so many nooks and crannies to enjoy and relax in. The perfect balance of modern and traditional cape house charm, this beautiful family home in the Swift's Beach neighborhood of Wareham in the South Shore of Massachusetts. Sleeps 12 people comfortably in bedrooms. Sheets and towels are provided for all guests during your stay.



Located in a beach community and only 1/2 mile to put your feet in the sand and enjoy the ocean, but also take advantage of the many Summer activities around. The spacious main bedroom on the second floor has gorgeous hardwood floors, bay window, and a Juliette balcony. You can also have guests on the queen-sized pull out sofa bed. The cozy living room has wood beams and an electric fireplace. There is a nice dining area and a sitting area off of the kitchen to enjoy the outdoor amenities, such as a grill and large front fenced in yard. Off the second living room/family room you will find another deck to sit and admire the quaint, fenced in backyard.



Gorgeous private courtyard with patio furniture to really feel secluded created by the home's layout. You're very close to many great beaches and family spots that are provided in the guest welcome book.



Plenty of yard games, beach toys and chairs, pedal bicycles, and outdoor furniture to enjoy the weather. House is equipped with a fully enclosed outdoor shower, multiple outdoor seating areas, and a propane grill for outdoor cooking and outdoor dining.

We had 11 people and this house was absolutely perfect! A quick walk to the beach and plenty to do in the area. The house was immaculate! It was extremely clean, well decorated and it had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts are incredibly communicative and the check in process was super easy. I would definitely stay here again!

Adorable, gorgeous, tasteful!! We rented for a 2 night stay for wedding rehearsal & wedding. This home is just sensational!! 2 sitting rooms, 2 showers(1outdoors) & we utilized it!! Clean, well stocked with anything you could need to start your stay & comfortable. There are twinkle lights inside-there are solar cap lights on the fencing, which came in handy after dark. There are multiple porches you can sit on-just simply enjoyable.

the perfect Place

I have been renting in the Swift Beach area in Wareham for over 40 years and this by far the best cottage, or should I say a house I have ever rented, All the comfort of home, my 2 grandchildren loved it, even had a cornhole game and extra beach chairs for the back yard for company. Rented this for my family before Labor Day and it was perfect! Kid friendly and stocked with lots of games and puzzles which was perfect for the rainy mornings we had. The walk to the beach was a little far for my two year old but having the parking pass to little harbor and swifts beach was very convenient. The house was very clean and I loved the privacy of the backyard. The host was quick to respond and let us know that the lawn was being mowed during our stay which was fine since it was done while we were out. Overall, great house and location!

Great house for large family. We had 12 people (6 adults and 6 children) which were easily accommodated without being on top of one another. House is nicely decorated and updated, with a dishwasher and in-house laundry. Kitchen had all the tools we could need. Outdoor toys and beach toys were available for use as well as two wagons to bring items and children to the beach. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk, but the house does have a parking tag which was nice to be able to bring a carload of things to the beach instead of carrying it. We’ve stayed in Wareham for close to 50 years and this was a wonderful house to stay in with AC, towels, and linens all included! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

A wonderful place !

We stayed for 1 month in mid June/July at this beautiful property in Swifts Beach. Weather this time of year was 80. We could walk to the beach or take an easy walk to a park. We loved the lay out of the home. We could easily work and entertain our family. The home has a unique layout with 2 living areas which made it perfect for our family. The location and neighborhood was quiet. We were here over the July 4th holiday and could see fireworks from the back yard. Everything was brand new and the house was welcoming. Great street appeal and felt secure. Loved having the centra air as the days got hotter. Hosts are amazing and left us plenty of supplies.
