The house was nice but not having control of the thermostat during the day was very frustrating after being out on the water practicing for our MLF tournaments 10 to 12 hours a day and coming home and the temperature in the house being 76 once we turned the thermostat down, it took 3 to 4 hours to get it Down around 70 or 69, which is good sleeping temperature… also we were unaware and told after the money was sent that there was a resident living in the basement… which that person was no problem, but it was very deceitful in my opinion… also their ad says they have room for a boat and vehicle, which is not true when I complained, they said to unhook the boat in the driveway, which is on a steep incline and would definitely cause a hazard…(we ended up parking on the street)… also there is a hole between the driveway and sidewalk leading to the front door, which is definitely a hazard and needs to be repaired before someone gets injured… I did complain to the host and they tried to justify everything and I did not argue back with them… hopefully this will help the next person that rents that house…
