Our two bedroom, two bath condo located at Fairway Villas in the Waikoloa Beach Resort (not Waikoloa Village) is beautifully decorated and furnished in an island style for your comfort and has been recently upgraded with new flooring, sofa, smart TV, Fanimation ceiling fans, window shutters, crown molding, new washer/dryer, refrigerator, central air conditioning, and new walk-in shower in primary. The unit is located on the second floor and easily accessed by elevator or stairs. The condo is in the G building away from the road facing the golf course and mountains. With a fully equipped kitchen and upgraded stainless steel appliances, you can enjoy meals in the dining area, at the bar stools in the kitchen, or on the lanai overlooking the golf course with a view of the Kohala Mountains and Maui in the distance.

An infinity heated pool overlooking the King’s Lake, a BBQ with a picnic area, and a fitness center are nearby for your use.

Located within the world class Waikoloa Beach Resort, our condo is walking distance to both the Queen’s Marketplace and King’s Shops for dining out options and shopping. Also nearby, is the ancient petroglyph trail – a must see!

A new 55" smart TV with cable, and great summer reads can be found in the living room area for your enjoyment.

Additional amenities include central A/C, a full size washer and dryer, with complimentary laundry soap, designated covered parking, and free wi-fi. Also included is a starter pack of soap, cleaning supplies and paper products.

The well-appointed primary bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a walk-in closet. The primary bathroom, with recently upgraded designer fixtures, has a beautiful new walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has one queen bed and a large closet. The adjoining guest bathroom also has been upgraded with new tub, tile and fixtures.

Great snorkeling and swimming can be found nearby (10 minute walk from condo) at Anaeho'omalu Bay (A-Bay). Hapuna Beach, great for boogie boarding, is just 10 minutes by car, as well as several other amazing beaches. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, cooler, and an umbrella are in the unit for your use.

Three newly re-designed golf courses are available at the Waikoloa Beach Resort; the Beach, Kings and Lake courses. Nearby (within 15 minutes), you will also find several other world-class courses including the Mauna Lani course, the Mauna Kea, and Hapuna Beach designed by Arnold Palmer.

Nearby you can enjoy the spas and restaurants at the Marriott. Be sure to visit the dolphins and take a tram to the shops and restaurants of the Hilton as well. Experience a luau and enjoy the sunset over the ocean. Play golf on world class courses. There are so many activities and there is something for everyone!

This Fairways Villas second story of 3 condo lives up to its high review score. We stayed about 3 weeks and were very pleased with everything including the king size bed, bathrooms, kitchen facilities and overall cleanliness of condo and resort. Location to the best beaches on the island is perfect and not too long a drive up to VNP. Yup, we will be back.

Wonderful stay!

This condo was perfect for our stay in the Waikoloa Beach area. Great location, nicely updated furnishings and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Plus the complex was quiet and very well maintained, which allowed for a very relaxing stay. And hosts Susan and Barry were super-responsive and very gracious in accommodating a last minute request. We highly recommend this property, and are absolutely hoping to stay here again in the future!

Wonderful condo in a great location

We found the condo just as advertised. Very quiet. It is in a great location close to the airport and some great beaches. Enjoyed drinking coffee on the back deck each morning over looking the golf course. Made use of the pool, the beach and some of the restaurants in the resort. Would definitely recommend this condo for anyone visiting the Big Island.
