This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has 1,209 square feet with expansive outdoor spaces and backs up to Hole 3 of the prestigious Lakes Golf Course.
Master Bedroom: enjoy serenity in your master suite. King bed, large walk-in closet, opulent en-suite master bath with his/her vanities.
2nd Bedroom: 2 double beds provides maximum flexibility for sleeping in this spacious bedroom. Adjacent bathroom is perfect to maintain privacy in this bedroom nook.
Kitchen: spacious fridge with filtered water and ice machine. Dishwasher, oven, stovetop and all the appliances you’ll need to make your stay the most comfortable and convenient. Start your morning with a Kona coffee from a full pot, blend your mid-day smoothie before decanting your favorite wine for dinner. Lots of appliances to make your gourmet meals in paradise.
Outdoor Living: eat meals outside on the lanai table while overlooking the golf course. Acres of grass for the kiddos to run and play safely. Outdoor propane grill to grill the fish and veggies you purchase from the local Farmer’s Market before watching the sunset from your lanai.
Property Amenities: 2 resort style pools (heated to 85 degrees year round) each with a large hot tub. One of the pools is 125 steps away – we’ve counted! Also 125 steps away is a fitness center with free weights, multi-station weight machine, treadmill, elliptical and bike.
Other: BOB stroller, washer & dryer for all your laundry needs. Ottoman extends to a twin bed for flexible sleeping arrangements. Queen sleeper sofa in living room. High speed internet. ROKU TV in each bedroom so you can quickly log into your own subscriptions (automatically logs out after your stay based on your dates).
We have it all for you…Snorkel gear, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, bodyboard, beach toys, BOB stroller. We also keep the unit stocked so you don’t have to worry about laundry detergent, soaps, food storage items, dishwasher pods, etc!
The Hilton pass also gives you access to the Hilton property down the street, which has a great lagoon (good snorkeling), water slides, an adults only pool and more!

Waikoloa Beach Villas Unit L23 is a vacation rental located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island’s famous Kohala Coast – a mere 20 minutes north of the Kona airport. Our property is conveniently located across the street from Queens’ MarketPlace and Kings’ Shops – a 4 minute walk to Starbucks and a grocery store. Anaeho’omalu Beach (A-Bay) is a 3 minute drive (or 10 minute walk if you prefer) and is home to the Lava Lava Beach Club for fabulous beachside dining.
Parking on site is right next to the condo. As mentioned, there are many shops and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. There is even a cinema if you want to catch up on your movies after a day at the beach!
