These are pretty basic motel-style accommodations. Rooms open to the outside. Nothing much in the way of amenities in the rooms such as coffee maker, cups, etc. However, the rooms appear to have been fairly recently renovated and were very clean and comfortable. Good location right off I-35 and reasonably priced.

Parking was fine and very close to Baylor. When we got to the room, the sheets were stained. Headed to the bathroom and only had two towels and one washcloth even though we indicated 4 people would be staying in that room. Our other room had no shower curtain and when we called for one the staff handed us the curtain and walked away expecting us to hang it ourselves.
