A new choice in downtown Waco. Attractive decor and common spaces. Plus it’s near the river. Very clean and quiet. A good choice for a Baylor game weekend.

The hotel decor and rooms were beautiful. Spacious rooms and nice furniture. We were very underwhelmed by the breakfast though. One table with only scrambled eggs, greasy bacon and potatoes. A very small bowl of pale fruit and another of biscuits. Also there were no spoons in the table settings and my husband got a dirty fork at his place. I expected more choice and quality based on the upscale nature of this hotel.

Hotel was clean and nice and all and all a nice place to stay, but had a lot of little things that made our stay challenging. We stayed for three days. During this time our refrigerator, coffee maker, and lighting at that are didn’t work. Also, had to get new towels because the ones originally in our room had stains and felt dirty.

Awesome stay

Very clean and modern hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Restaurant was amazing. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Rooms are large and clean. Service is very bare bones. Housekeeping did not show up to clean during my stay, despite several requests. It was hard to get water and the hydration station on my floor was broken. One of 2 elevators was broken, making for long waits. Hotel did not communicate well and staff wasn’t very professional or friendly. I would not stay here again.

The property is beautiful. The location is incredible, right off the Brazos. Very spacious rooms with a separate room for the commode vs. shower. The front desk staff was polite when interacting with them, but not really present at the desk a lot of the time and certainly not engaging guests unless engaged by the guests. But still a great overall experience.
