Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent place. Very accommodating. Will definitely think about this hotel when we come back to Athens. Btw, breakfast is also awesome. Uber accessible and easy to find. Highly recommend and will definitely use again in the future! Thank You Golden City Hotel. You made my family’s stay in Athens very very comfortable. Great hotel, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast buffet. Free storage for luggage if you want to explore the city after you check out. Rooms were big and clean. Only a 20 minute walk to Acropolis. Shady neighborhood, but not terribly unsafe. Walked in late at night with suitcases without any issue. It seems scarier than it is. Would definitely recommend staying here!
