The room was comfortable; however, it is very noisy since it is near the freeway. The hallways were dirty as it seems there are homeless people staying there and leaving a lot of trash. The elevator was not working. We saw few employees around, but they don´t acknowledge the customers. There is a lot of things that could improve: cleanliness, courtesy, and if windows could be replace with ticker glass to avoid all the noise. I don´t thing I will consider staying there again,

Room was fine as would expect for the price. Property has open parking and no security on premises. There are transients that made tons of noise at night that made it difficult to sleep

There was cockroaches, the staff did not do anything when I called in the middle of the night due to people up all night working on vehicles and fighting. I also had to call do to homeless people sleeping and the stairs. Staff said they would send the security but nobody showed up. I felt very unsafe.

It smelled like cigarette smoke, we had asked for ground floor due to my spouses mobility, ADA disability and we were only given a third floor room. Elevator was broken. We had no option for other rooms, we arrived at 1 AM and we’re told we could cancel or take the third floor room. The refrigerator was unplugged in the room and had no place to plug it in so was not functional the entire hotel complex was populated by unhoused people because they told us the hotel was sold out and there were no cars in the parking lot. We were disturbed at 2 AM by someone banging on the door, looking for Larry, Hotel staff later told us Larry had lived in our room for three months when we raised these issues and problems with staff, they were told they had no way to fix the problem and we could move to a better room in the morning, but the next day we were told they were sold out and they could not move us rooms Overall, a terrible experience

The room was dirty. The mattress felt broken. The furniture was old and marked with dings. The wall and trim in the bathroom behind the toilet was peeling. The grout in the tub was black and dirty. My husband had an allergic reaction probably to the fan through the ac system. It was so uncomfortable that we left at 4 AM to drive home.

The refrigerator quit in my room 5 days ago (Day 15 of a 20 day maximum stay per state of California). I told the front desk and on her monitor it appeared as she said to contact maintenance and get it fixed. Everyday I asked again & today I checked out no working refrigerator still! Unacceptable!
