Great people that work there, however the young man that checked us in was not professional . Asked for wood floors and he came back and said they smelled??? Not very clean.

I stayed here for a little bit while I was waiting on my new permanent residence to be available. I booked a few days at a time because there wasn't a set date to as when it would be available. They charged me $20 extra every time I had to add days, and not only was the staff incredibly rude but the rooms were less than subpar. When I just had two days left they had me move rooms all the way on the other end of the property and I have no car and had to carry all my things from on end of the property to the other. I had booked a room with the same size bed etc. While after I get settled in I go to charge my phone and only one outlet is working to hold a charger in it. The rest of them are halfway hanging off the wall. I tried to shower next. The plumbing in there was horrible and I don't know how I finally got it to work. I finally try to put the television on to decompress and go to bed and it doesn't work either. I call the front desk and an hour goes by and no one comes. So, I go to the front desk and he says he's coming. After another 30-45 minutes later nothing. I go up there again. He says he's working on it, so I decide to stay and wait until he does. He says he is going to try and fix it from there first. That it might be the connection and it does it all the time. So, I was willing moved to a room that they knew needed repairs. It's also about 9 pm on a Sunday at this point so I don't think there was anyone available at that time to help with this.

Helpful desk

I was grateful after my son left his key in my car and I had driven about 15 miles away I was able to call them up and they were very helpful in replacing the key with no hassle.thank you for that

Didn't have the room that I reserved first day TV didn't work heater didn't work move this to a different room heater worked TV didn't work had to get maintenance to come fix the TV curtains are all torn with holes obscene graffiti and rooms

You get what you pay for

The room was ok except the work didn’t work inside the room (tried multiple devices). The staff said they would look into it but nothing happened as far as I could tell. Also they charged me like 10 more dollars than my reservation that was supposed to already include all the fees.

HORRIBLE

Room smelled old. I was charged a $10 cleaning fee extra I wasn't aware of. TV didn't work. Shower broken. This place should be demolished. Seemed like a place for prostitutes and drug attics. I wouldn't recommend this place to dead people.
