El centro villavicencio

Decent hotel in the center of town. A little outdated but has hot water and breakfast. Internet was very bad for majority of the stay.

Nice location

This was a nice location close to many shopping venues. The problem is never get a room in the front side of the hotel you will be close to the street and the outside noise will not allow you to sleep in. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Remember not to get a room on the side of room 317.

It was ok

The hotel is nice, it is located in the heart of Villavicencio, therefore there is a lot to do during the day. But at night could be dangerous. The tvs they have in the room are very small and some of them are obsolete so there is not clear image and/or dont have remote. The service is really good, the waiters are really nice and willing to help. Breakfast is buffe and it was very good and a lot of options.

Hotel Villavicencio Plaza Is great - location bad

The hotel was fine - staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is in the near the town center - which is lacking for restaurants. Only decent place to eat is at the hotel.

Good place to stay in the center of the city

The hotel is old but inside of the rooms are quite comfortable. The staff is great very helpfull and very attentive even in costumer daily on daily basis but the restaurant was fair we eat a mix rice and salad 1 to 5 was 2 at most salad not fresh rice over salad.

Comfortable hotel right downtown

Had a great time at this hotel. Loved being right downtown and the breakfast buffets on the roof terrace were delicious and fun. The staff and service was top notch and the price was a great value. No complaints at all!

Great hotel centrally located

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The hotel is centrally located in the city, however, we were warned that the neighborhood may not be too safe at night which was fine with us. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and their suggestions for activities and restaurants were spot on.

Good but call the hotel in advance

The hotel was very good. The only issue we experienced there was that we did the reservation the same day and when we got there they said they did not have received our reservation. They said that they often have this problem through hotels.com and actually we obtained different bedrooms that what we booked in the first place. I would recommend call in advance to the hotel to make sure they received it

Engaño en precio.

Me cobraron 45 mil pesos más que los de la reserva, argumentando "impuestos", cuando claramente en hotels se señala que el precio ya incluía impuestos. Había algunos sonidos fuertes en los pasillos, creo que de otros aires o de bombas de agua, no estoy seguro.
