Terribly disappointing hotel. For a 4-star , among the 5 most expensive, the value for money ratio was terrible. In a 2 bedroom suite, the second bed was a fold out, with a ratty mattress. In one-week stay, sheets and towels were changed once, floors cleaned twice. They could not provide me with a water kettle or early coffee (coffee shop opens at nine). Breakfast and lunch buffet were uninspired and certainly not fit for a vegetarian or someone with dietary needs. At “pick” hours, one could stand around and wait for an elevator for 20 minutes. The “convenience” store, outside the building, was open 8 to 13 and 16 to 19 - how convenient! Never again! I’d highly recommend you stay elsewhere....

I loved the view from our room, the location being on the quieter side of the street, the outdoor pools and the variety of food choices available at breakfast. Also, I appreciate that we were able to have breakfast earlier then the assigned time because we needed to check out early. Unfortunately, the rooms were outdated, parking was a challenge, the wifi was not very good and I was not impressed on the fact that you needed to pay extra to use the gym facility.

Huge rooms, a little dated but perfect location overlooking the beach. The restaurant is dark, dingy and gloomy and the food is awful - but there are plenty of restaurants in the resort.

I was disappointed with the beds. They were two twin bed...that was okay, but the other beds were a cot and a pull out sofa, which were uncomfortable.

Short Break

Stayed here for two nights to bring in the New Year in Montegordo. The location of the hotel is excellent close to beach restaurants etc. It is a nice hotel and staff helpful, rooms are very spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay with a reasonable choice the cooked breakfast wasn’t as hot as could have been. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It's ok but music very loud . Unless you are part of the kids club you won't want to sit round the pool . Had to queue to get into breakfast . Bar was also overrun with kids in evening

Be prepared to walk the stairs

We stayed on the 11th floor. It usually went faster to walk all the 11th floor than wait for the elevator, especially in the morning and evening. Our record was to stop 7 floors on the way before reaching the destination. People in reception was not particularly friendly, nor were they knowledgable about surrounding tourist attractions. They do not have a transfer to the airport. The breakfast was very basic and very loud and hectic. Every morning people were cueing to get in.

Underwhelming experience.

The hotel looks impressive but is in need of bringing up to its four star rating, Looks like an aging giant, was once magnificent I'm sure. There is little to tell the guest what is going on any where, the reception staff were helpful, its very mean not to have free wi fi in this situation at a four star establishment. This is the first time I have stayed full board, there were no instruction on how to obtain room service or if in deed there was such a service avail able, no coffee making facilities, just small things that mean a great deal. Drinks water & coffee were all charged so I'm pleased I don't drink a lot even water! The outside of the hotel was a building site, started work at 8.00am dust and noise ,most of the day. There did not appear to be a pool bar although the pool was fine and spacious too. The full board menu was to be kind very average or below average, the standard was very poor, warm, not hot food on cold plates. Very good service, by the waitresses & waiters but the food was not what I expected. No wine offered at dinner, people had to fend for themselves, breakfast was acceptable but again cool to say the least.
