The elegant home, spanning two floors, has been meticulously designed to comfortably accommodate up to nine guests, spread across four captivating bedrooms and three bathrooms. Upon entering this space, one is greeted by a welcoming foyer which, in turn, leads to a spacious living room. Decorated with warm tones and rustic elements, this room radiates a cozy atmosphere that invites relaxation. From here, there is access to a balcony that provides the opportunity to enjoy the surrounding environment. Tranquil sunsets by the fireplace, enjoyed on the comfortable sofa, become the perfect ending to a day full of outdoor activities. Adjoining the living room is an open, fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area. In addition, on this floor there is a bedroom with two beds, another with a bunk bed and a trundle bed, and a bathroom equipped with a shower.

The upper floor, characterized by its high ceiling and charming wooden beams, houses two bedrooms. The master bedroom, equipped with a majestic double bed, has its own private bathroom, while the second bedroom also offers a comfortable double bed. Complementing this floor, a full bathroom with a relaxing bathtub completes the layout of this level.

This wonderful property has two covered parking spaces in the same building and, during the winter season, offers the added convenience of a parking space and ski locker located in Val de Ruda.
