Hotel staff were not attentive and when asked for basic amenities such as bottled water or toothpaste, I was told it would be 2 hours for room service to provide toothpaste and the hotel didn't provide bottled water and to retrieve it from a vending machine.

Super cute clean room. The only 1 thing I had any issue with at all is it was quite noisy in the morning with delivery and garbage trucks etc. that being said, that’s how a city works so it’s a pretty great place. I would absolutely stay there again!

There was dirty clothes left in the room when we checked in. We called the front desk only to be asked what we wanted them to do about. Zero customer service. The experience left us feeling what else wasnt clean, it eas not a good night.
