It was fine. Not breakfast. I did not like thathere was not staff after 7pm. I could not turn off the air conditioner and I did not have a number to call. It was cold. I did not like the part that I needed to use a code to access the property. I liked to have a kitchen to warm some water for tea.

Good time in Verona

Nice room with river view. Small balcony to stand at. Wifi and aircon working. Few tv channels but we didn't need it. Staff great and lift essential with big bags. Great location for transport and sightseeing. Also places for breakfast and dinner adjacent and just a short walk away. Clean but shower head needs an overhaul.

This is a great hotel. It is in an old building, and the rooms are spaceous. The bed was comfortable. There is a lounge where you can make yourself coffee or tea. You can go on the roof and take photos of the city, one of the most beautiful I've seen. It is close to everything. We had a wonderful time.

Couldn't recommend the hotel enough. Staff were friendly, and helped us print our boarding passes for our flight back and called us a taxi to the airport. Check-in and check-out were both easy and efficient. The hotel's location is perfect, we were only a 15-20 min walk from Ponte Pietra and it's right next to Castle Vechio. Room was spacious and clean with a very comfy bed. Shower had wonderful water pressure and good temperature control. Air conditioning worked perfectly and was easy to use. I would highly recommend seeing the rooftop terrace, it gives a wonderful view over the city.

Spent two nights here, we had a spacious deluxe double room with view of the river Adige. Clean, charming. Very useful shared kitchen with fridge and espresso pod machine and kettle. Helpful staff and quick responses to queries about car parking options. Short walk to the arena and to Castelvecchio.
