It’s the best house rental in the Sebastian area. Great fishing from the dock. Easy access to the flats of the IRL and there are tarpon and snook up both prongs of the San Sebastián River.And 5 minutes to all of the restaurants and shopping spots in Sebastian.

This property exceeds expectations. The owner and property manager are friendly and responsive. The property is quiet and peaceful with plenty of room to park, relax, and enjoy. It has multiple docks, one of which is newly renovated with seating and overhead coverage. For boaters and fishermen, the location is close to the inlet and a perfect place to stay.

Wonderful stay!

This property is beautiful and in an excellent location. The view was amazing, the fishing was great! We caught, red fish, shark, sting ray, snook, and almost a tarpon off the dock! The space was more than enough for our family. The host was phenomenal and went above and beyond for us to have a wonderful stay with our family! We will definitely be back, actually will probably book again for next year!

The Reel House never disappoints. It is comfortable, everything worked, and it’s location to good fishing on the Sebastian River and the Indian River Lagoon is good.

Consistently great

We’ve stayed at the Reel House numerous times and it’s always great. Each time we visit the owner has made more upgrades. If you fish, the dock is great for your boat or for just casting into the river. We’ve caught tarpon, snook and big jacks right of the dock. It’s a fun place to stay. We even enjoy the trains traveling by.

Paradise!

The house was beautiful on the inside. The view of the Indian River was spectacular and loved fishing of the docks on the property. The kitchen was beautiful and I had everything I needed. We like to pack light and the laundry room was equipped with great washer/dryer. We also really enjoyed the home theater. Only two observations that would have been nice was bedrooms didn’t get as cool as rest of house so it took a couple nights to adjust to higher temp than used to and would have been nice to have had the large back yard mowed for easier access to river and docks. Overall I would recommend this property with a four and a half out of five stars.

Excellent as always.

This was our 3rd stay at the Reel House. It was super as in the past. Great location. Good fishing within 5 minutes of the dock. Easy access to Sebastian and its restaurants. Just a nice place to relax.

Fishermans dream!

Dock for boating and fishing adds so much to the vacation. Grounds were beautiful, beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Loved our stay and look forward to returning.

Great Location for Fishing and Train Spotting

We stayed mid January two seniors and Loved it! House is Updated, Clean Beautiful and a great location! Riverfront with docks & fenced for pets & kids.Great location for a large family and two other rentals on property if you have a large gathering! Craig responded Immediately to any questions. Neighbors are super nice. Lot's of parking and Location is convenient to beach, town(s) and fishing. Theater room is a bonus for bad weather days. We bring our own devices & had no issues after a few "reboots" We will stay again if our travels bring us this way. We love trains so the Lumbering freight haulers running 55+ mph caressed our sleep and the Brightline 2 engine 4 passengers zipping pass at 70 + mph did not blow their horns crossing the bridge. Kids grand-kids and adult kids, if you love trains like we do spend a few nights you will not regret it!

Best spot on the river

The house is great. Clean, modern, well furnished and comfortable. The dock is also functional and well maintained. The electricity and the light work. Fishing from the dock is also an added bonus.

A decent riverfront property but next to railroad which runs almost all day!

My family was quite excited when we checked in this house. The property looks outdated on the outside but very well kept on the inside. Great waterfront view with a fishing/boat dock in the back. However, this property is right next to the railroad which it runs almost all day (even at midnight and again at 4am). The worst part was the railroads needed some repair when my family was there so the pounding sounds started from 8am to 4pm. It was impossible to relax. Other than the railroad issues everything about this house was great.

Great place for fishing and family fun. Both houses were just as described, they met our every need! Craig was a wonderful host and was just a text away. I highly recommend both houses, you won’t regret it!!!!!

Perfect house and stunning location on St. Sebastian River

We really enjoyed our time at Riverview Getaway. Our family was able to maneuver and dock our boat with no problem down the St. Sebastian River from the ICW (Stay in the Channel). We did some fishing from the docks everyday and enjoyed the theather room watching movies at nights. House has everything you would need and is nicely decorated. Craig, the property manager, was very welcoming, responsive and shared a lot of extra details/information to make our stay very comfortable. We look forward to returning to this little gem, hopefully very soon!
