Welcome to Loft 32, a cozy beach retreat just five houses from the sand in vibrant Pierpont Beach, Ventura This ground-floor loft is perfect for single or coupleswho want to be close to everything—morning beach walks, sunset strolls, and easy access to local shops and restaurants. With A/C, a full kitchen, and dedicated parking, Loft 32 offers simple comfort in an unbeatable location.

**Booking process - IMPORTANT!
- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.
- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.

- Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal
- Early check-in options appear 5 days before check-in. You may request it through your Guest Portal
- A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal.

One dedicated parking space is included with the unit. There are no extra spaces and no parking on Pittsfield.

This is a ground floor unit. You will share a wall and ceiling with another guest.
This is a 4-unit building with all units sharing walls, ceilings/floor with the other guests. We provide a noise machine in all units and earplugs if you are particularly sensitive to noises.
