It is located 350m from the Ca d'Oro vaporetto stop, which conveniently connects Piazzale Roma and Santa Lucia train station, and 200 meters from the Fondamenta Nove stop, from which you can reach Marco Polo Airport in 25 minutes with the Alilaguna vaporetto line, and from which you can easily reach the islands of Murano, Burano, Sant'Erasmo, and Lido. The apartment is also a convenient starting point for visiting the city of Venice on foot, as the main attractions located in St. Mark's Square and the Rialto area are about 10-20 minutes walking distance. The nearest supermarket is just 20 meters away.

I love how this property takes tjme to make sure the tenants Are gonna have a wonddrful stay. Samuele whom checked us in was a gem! He was very courteous. We love our stay here! Will definitely book again when my whole family comes back.
