Cannaregio gem

Great two level townhome a stone's throw from Santa Lucia train station. I was looking for a convenient property where I wouldn't have to drag my luggage over multiple bridges. This place delivered and was very comfortable, spacious, safe and clean to boot. Communication with the host was very efficient and pleasing. They offered to let me keep my luggage in the apartment as they began cleaning the morning of check out to prep for the next guest. It's in a gated complex with well-maintained properties throughout - quiet and very comfortable. I didn't cook since I was enjoying the local Italian cuisine. But the kitchen seemed well stocked & basic toiletries were provided for a comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to book this place again. Great hospitality from the host and very pleasant communications throughout.

Perfect location

This is a great place stay. Quick walking distance from the train station making it a perfect location to drop your luggage and then return to the grand canal to grab a vaporetti or water taxi to explore anywhere you want to go in Venice. We did a lot of walking and it was quick and easy to navigate our way around town. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful!

Great spot for a Venetian vacation

This property is in a good place, away from the middle of the hustle and bustle of Venice, but close enough to enjoy the city. Clean and the property owners were very communicative. We would definitely return.

Description comme prévu , très propre , tres bien situé , info pour transporteur a pied devrait être fourni , on a trouvé un jeune homme avec diable ´pour sortir . Signal internet faible aussi sont les seuls bemol mais je recommande l endroit
